Payment and Dispatch
Payment of items will be requested at the time of order. The amount will be charged straight away from your credit/debit card or Paypal account. Please note, you must be the original cardholder to place the order on CBDUK
Once payment has been received, the items will be dispatched via Royal Mail ( Recorded Delivery) in which the goods will have to be signed for from whom the order was placed by. We will provide you a tracking number ( Royal Mail) once dispatched so we can track your order and keep you updated.
CBDUK will aim to deliver all products within 3-5 working days of payment receipt. Most products ordered via our online shop, www.shandaarjewellers.co.uk are delivered within 72 hours of payment receipt.
If your item does not arrive then please contact us via email and will endeavour to send out a replacement in a professional & timely manner.

Cancellations and Returns
All customers Of CBDUK have the right to cancel their orders under the The Distance Selling Regulations which gives consumers extra protection when buying online.
You can cancel the order upto 24 hours of placing the order at no extra cost. If the order is cancelled after the products have been shipped, the customer will be charged a return postage fee and refunded the difference, provided the products have been returned in the original packaging. (Refuse Delivery)
If you are unhappy with the purchase, please use the contact form on the support page, to let us know the reason for your return BEFORE returning the item. Where possible, we will aim to rectify the situation first, by offering a replacement before offering a refund.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods.
Once you have notified CBDUK that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:

Due to the nature of the products, we cannot offer a warranty, however we guarantee that the products will reach you in perfect condition and if there is any damage to the items during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of item(s) so we can resolve the issue.

Events of Force Majeure
CBDUK & For the purpose of this Agreement, an “Event of Force Majeure” ( Acts Of God) means any circumstance not within the reasonable control of the Party affected, but only if and to the extent that – such circumstance, despite the exercise of reasonable diligence and the observance of Good Utility Practice, cannot be, or be caused to be, prevented, avoided or removed by such Party, and such circumstance materially and adversely affects the ability of the Party to perform its obligations under this Agreement, and such Party has taken all reasonable precautions, due care and reasonable alternative measures in order to avoid the effect of such event on the Party’s ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement By CBDUK . This Covers Delivery from third party sources & Sub Contractors & for any reason that is deemed to have no control due to the Events Of Force Majeure.
Tracking & Replacements
If any product by CBDUK does not reach its final destination & ultimately is not signed for Recorded Delivery Via Royal Mail Then We are obliged to send out a replacement item within 72 Hours of not reaching your delivery address.
We will endeavour to send out and replace any lost goods within a timely & professional manner. Please contact us via email if you have not received your item within 5 working days of placing your order in which we will Track your order with a tracking number and follow up any distributed products as soon as possible.
Notices
All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site CBDUK Website . We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 48 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter.) In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressees.
