After your purchase is complete, we will organise dispatch for your order as soon as possible. You will receive two emails from CBDUK, one confirming that your order has been placed and one including a tracking link so you can stay in the loop.

Please note the following important information:

• • • • For orders made on weekends and public holidays, please allow an extra 2-3 days for dispatch.
      • We start processing and packing your order as quickly as possible after you click ‘Buy Now’. This helps us to send your goods efficiently and effectively. But this also means that we’re unable to make changes to your order, including the delivery address, colours and sizes, or removing items.
      • The courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery.
      • We do not deliver to Parcel Lockers or Click & Collect locations.
      • If you are not available at your nominated delivery address at the time of delivery, the courier drops off your order at the nearest Post Office for pick up. The courier will leave a note in your mail box to let you know you have missed a delivery and where it can be picked up. This applies to standard deliveries.
      • Please Note: When choosing this option we do ask customers to be aware of the fact that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: traffic and road blocks) which are completely out of control.
